A big YES!!!!
It's just out of the world. Superbly amazing people and definitely a great place!!
The college boasts excellent infrastructure, with modern labs for genetic engineering and drug research. The classrooms are well-furnished, and the library is extensive. The campus also includes green spaces and recreational facilities, providing a balanced academic environment.
The academic curriculum is well-rounded, with a strong emphasis on research and practical applications. Professors are knowledgeable and approachable, providing personalized support. The program’s focus on laboratory work ensures that students gain hands-on experience and practical skills.
The placement cell is highly active, connecting students with top companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. placement office’s dedication to organizing recruitment events and facilitating on-campus interviews is strong, though additional personalized.
The facilities provided by our college are pretty good like classrooms , library facilities and the lab facilities . The campus is so spacious and clean with the nature friendly environment for the students .
The teaching faculty in this college are highly knowledgeable and highly qualified teachers . And in each department minimum 10 teachers who are experts in the particular fields . And the library access is easy to explore the books .
Most of the students got selected in the on campus placements . Almost all the students git the job opportunities in the top companies with the pretty good annual salary package with the all the benefits .
Since I live close by, I won't use the hostel and mess facilities. But from what I know, hostels are very good, and they provide you with a lot of options based on your interest. If you want a single room or a room with or without an air-conditioner, then you can choose anything that suits your needs. The infrastructure of our college isn't much appealing because it's a bit old. Classrooms are very neat and clean, and they provide all the required facilities. Labs are also great.
Manipal University offers many courses like they offered courses in science technology commerce arts and also in medical sciences and pharmaceutical education.I completed my master's degree from here and all the facilities are good.
Most of the students opt for masters, be it M.Pharm or MBA, but only 5-6 students opt for jobs. The placement rate in our college is 99%. The top pharmacy companies visit the campus for recruitment. After B.Pharm, students get the average salary package of about 4-4.5 LPA. Companies include Himalaya, Sun Pharma, etc., visit the campus for placements.
Fees is Little bit high
The college does have all the necessities, from all the chemicals that are required for the efficient running of labs to all the equipments and are generally well maintained. Although talking about classroom maintenance, sometimes out of the blue projectors have stopped working and this has created some unnecessary nuances. The hostel facilities differ from hostel to hostel, whereas under my knowledge good facilities like daily necessities are available at door step for girls' hostels.
Under my experience that faculties present here are very determined to teach you and enlighten you with knowledge and are very friendly and approachable at the same time. Although yes, you may come across a few who have immense knowledge but are kind lagging in the art of teaching. The lecturers do come on time whatever weather it may be and do make sure your money doesn't get wasted. The curriculum is upto date with the developments, some faculties have achieved heights in industry.
From what I've been told from my seniors is that, yes the placements do take place and good companies do come to recruit the students, but for the last two years the recruitments have decreased due the current pandemic situation.
One word- Beautiful. Its a campus where you get what you ask for. If you love rain and beaches, its a place where you wanna be to be close with nature. The campus is well maintained under the administration and includes various activity blocks such as the library (also one of the largest health science library in asia), MAP, MARENA (the sports complex that you dont wanna miss out), also one more thing thats worth praising is the drainage system of the campus, even when Udupi was under red alert.
It's pretty good. The labs have all the equipments. The college builduing is well constructed. The class rooms are very big. College building and hostels are clean. Hostel rooms are good and big enough.
The professors are helpful. Curriculum is up-to-date. The quality of teaching is amazing. Professors are always there to clear our doubts. They also provide us with notes. Assignments are given regularly.
Placements are good. I don't know much about placements because I'm still in my third year but I have heard that the placement is good. Most of the students bag decent packages. Many companies come during placement to recruit freshers.
.
Campus life is very nice.
Good experience overall.
The college has well equipped labs and even at undergraduate level the teaching and experience you get is useful. The building might look a bit dull compared to other buildings around the health science campus but inside all facilities are provided. Class are air conditioned, and cleaned regularly and have projectors and mics for the professors.
I'm currently in my third year of Bpharm and the quality of education is really good. Notes are provided by the professors and the library has more than enough books to refer for any subject in the curriculum.
Personally I'm not looking for a job after my Bpharm and wish to continue my education further so I haven't looked into this aspect of my college but I have heard that the professors are helpful and sometimes there are walk in interviews.

The course cost increases annually. It's better to refer the college website for it as it's updated annually and if you're staying on campus, there'll be additional living and food expenses. You can expect an estimate of around 4 L per year for BPharm and upto 5.5 - 6 L per year for PharmD.
