Manipal Tata Medical College (MTMC) at Baridih, Jamshedpur, in the East Singhbhum District of Jharkhand, is a premium institution for medical education and training under a consortium initiative between Tata Steel and MAHE Manipal

A total of 150 seats will be made available for MBBS students annually and the Tata Main Hospital (TMH), Jamshedpur, is the attached teaching hospital of MTMC Jamshedpur.

The MBBS course offered at MTMC, Jamshedpur is of duration four and a half years plus one year of compulsory rotating internship course.

The campus of Manipal Tata Medical College Jamshedpur spreads over 20 acres of land and has various infrastructural facilities for the students.

There are various Manipal Tata Medical College Jamshedpur scholarships available for the students. These scholarships are offered on the basis of NEET All India Rank (NEET AIR) and merit of the qualifying exam. It depends from college to college and state to state , some top and famous government college requires very high rank(less than 1000) and some colleges can be achieved with very low rank through state quota .

On an average you can get a government  college with 600+ score through state quota and 650+ for college through All India quota .

Some top colleges like Top AIMMS require around 700+ scores .

I hope you are doing fine, Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40 ^th percentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process. Aspirants who belong to UR category are required to score equivalent to at least 50 ^th percentile.
