MACOLLEGE Facilities

Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam has adequate infrastructure like hostel, library, etc which helps the students to have a hassle-free learning experience throughout their college life. It also provides facilities to the students like sports, cafeteria, etc. in order to give them a break from the regular academic schedule they follow. Mar Athanasius Academy has got its name in golden letters in the field of Sports and Games. The students have made outstanding achievements in international, national and university level competitions. The training and facilities given in the academy are remarkable. The management has instituted scholarships for the enhancement of sports in the campus. In recognition of achievements in sports, Sports Authority of India (SAI) selected Mar Athanasius College as its extension center. The college has provided the maximum number of men athletes in the All India Inter University Championship for the last three years and secured 14 Gold, 9 Silver, and 3 Bronze Medals.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
Auditorium having an area of 10000 Sq. ft. with a capacity to accommodate 1000 persons.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for alumni association.
Swimming Pool
The college has a swimming pool facility for the students.
Classrooms
Classrooms Relaxed mind is indispensable for attaining proper concentration and diligence. All classrooms are well equipped with lights, fans, speakers, chairs, benches, desks, blackboard etc.

Laboratories All the science laboratories are renovated in tune with the modern specifications and standards. They are well equipped with necessary instruments, proper lighting facilities, and washing points.
Parking Facility
A car parking facility, having the capacity to accommodate 30 four wheelers, is provided to the staff of the College.
Boys Hostel
The college has a Boys's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
