Matsya PG College, Alwar, is a coeducational institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). B.Com: The Bachelor of Commerce program has an intake of 180 students. Admission is provided to students on the basis of scores obtained in the 10+2 examination, with commerce subjects preferred.

MA Sanskrit: The admission of this postgraduate program is based on graduation marks in the relevant subject with an intake of 60.

BA B.Ed: A seat of 50 is accepted in this integrated program. The admission process is on the basis of policy sanctioned by the state government, UT administration, and university vis-a-vis marks of qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.

B.Sc B.Ed: Similar to BA B.Ed, this integrated program also offers 50 seats, following the same admission norms.

The college also offers MA Political Science, Geography, and Hindi Literature and M.Sc. Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Mathematics programs having 40 intake each.
