Matsyodari Shikshan Sanstha's Ankushrao Tope College, Jalna Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has central and departmental libraries. The central library procured 1800 books at the time of the beginning of the college, presently the library has more than 43000 books in general, 768 Bound volumes of Journals 97 Periodical, 120 CDS & DVDs, etc. The library has an Inflibnet N-List online Journal & Remote Access to BAMU, Aurangabad.
The library is fully computerized with SOUL2.0 Software since 2004. All software modules Except serials are run successfully. WEB-OPAC Facility is also available for all students and staff. The library has an e-library with 6 computers with broadband internet service free of cost. Several Best practices adopted for maximum use of the library by students & staff are like annual best user award, Library orientation feedback, set of books for meritorious students, etc.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has The list of all equipment in the Department of Sports is kept and updated from time to time. Cleanliness in the Indoor hall and Gymnasium is fastidiously sustained. This work has been assigned to two menial staff members. Similarly, the servicing of the equipment is done by the concerned agencies whenever required. 

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has the list of equipment of all labs and Virtual Classrooms maintained in the stock register. Well-timed servicing of the devices is carried out in order to augment their life and capacity. Updated record of Geography, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, and all Life Sciences labs equipment is austerely kept. All equipment in these labs is properly cared for and repaired whenever required. The record of the dead stock and consumables is neatly kept in these labs. User Manuals and SOPs with regard to the proper use of all apparatus are kept in each lab. Various committees look into the matters of maintenance of all laboratories. For the maintenance of all equipment, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is given to the concerned agencies.       

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a rector of girls’ hostels who negotiates the activities from admissions to maintenance. There is menial staff for cleaning/sweeping both hostel buildings. For safety and security, a guard has been appointed for night vigilance. There is also a committee that looks into the matters of food, drinking water, and hygiene. A doctor has also been appointed for regular health checkups of girls who visit weekly.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The committee takes care to complete all the work of repairing/rejuvenating/renovating before the month of June each year.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has A two-member committee formed to take care of the maintenance of all classrooms. It weekly inspects and ensures that proper cleanliness is maintained. For this, various dustbins are kept on each floor of each wing. The days for sweeping the classrooms are allotted to support staff. As per the schedule, they do this work early in the morning before the classes begin. Vacuum Cleaners are daily used in order to keep the classrooms and administrative sections dust-free. The municipal Counsel’s Garbage Van daily comes to the college for the collection of trash. Different dustbins have also been installed on the campus in order to maintain cleanliness.
