About MACET Patna
Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology (MACET), Patna was established in the year 1987 in Neora, Bihar. It is a reputed college in engineering with approval by AICTE. Altogether 958 students study on its vast campus covering 18 acres and 41 members teach in the college.
The facilities provided by MACET are excellent to lead a good life. The libraries carry a treasure trove of books, journals, and digital resources. Therefore, it is a favourable place to study here. Each department has highly equipped labs for practical teaching. Among one of the most popular facilities of the campus, the cafeteria offers food items and snacks at reasonably priced rates. Free transport for all students is provided by the college to assure easy mobility, with buses operated on different routes in the city by outsourcing agencies. For sports lovers, the college has pluses like badminton, football, volleyball, kabaddi, and cricket grounds at the campus itself. In addition, the IT setup is also well-equipped to take care of all our modern technical necessities for education.

The chief entrance test through which a student can get entry into MACET Patna is BPTPIA CET. BPTPIA CET is is the Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association Competitive Entrance Test. The students' score in this test will matter for getting admission into B.Tech and diploma programmes of this college. BPTPIA CET is being used by MACET to clear all engineering courses so that the selection procedure may also be just and fair.

College Infrastructure
The facilities which is provided by campus or university to the student is nice and support and the infrastructure is working properly and working smoothly and the facilities like wifi , smart board and other are there.

According to the question you have posted the eligibility criteria for the college you have asked.
The Candidate must have exceeded Polytechnic with CSE/IT/ECE/Electrical Eng. Disciplines with as a
minimum 45% marks in mixture.
He/she should have scored 45 in step with cent marks in the exam or equal to it. For reserved class
candidates there might be a rest of five in line with cent depending on the institute, they're required to
attain 40 according to cent.
If the candidate does not have a Diploma or exceeded the diploma exam in an appropriate branch of
engineering and technology , then he/she is needed to have finished a bachelor's of technological
know-how in Physics, Chemistry and Maths from a diagnosed college as per the University Grants
Commission. The candidate should have scored at the least forty five per cent marks, relaxation of five
per cent is supplied to applicants of reserved classes. The applicants of reserved categories are required
to attain minimum 40 percent of mixture marks inclusive of the physics, chemistry and mathematics.
Candidates are required to pass 12th with aggregate or equivalent 60 in line with cent marks such as
topics Physics-Chemistry-Maths, Physics-Maths-Biology or Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology.
