48 MonthsBachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four- year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the pharmacy education course offered by Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following – Mathematics / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Candidates who have passed the D.Pharm course approved by the Pharmacy Council of India shall also be eligible for this course and can be admitted directly to II Year.
Admission Details
Through CET Councilling conducted by Director of Medical Education, Government of India
Most institutes follow the merit-based admission process, where deserving candidates are allotted seats based on the marks scored by them in board examination and entrance test. In the case of some Deemed Universities and reputed private institutes, private entrance tests are used to allot seats to deserving students.
