Have a question related to MIT College, Mauganj ?

I got 22000 rank in Icar ug 2019 exam.I opted for fisheries.I didnt get college in first round of counselling.will i get college in fishery?

    Hello,

As you have mentioned that your ICAR UG  rank is 22,000 which indeed is not that bad rank and you have opted for the fisheries course and haven't got a seat in the 1st round.....  But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that you have a good rank according to fisheries course... So, don't loose hope after not getting a seat in 1st round... You have good chances of getting a government college for fisheries through icar only if you fall under reserved category.... With Unreserved category your chances are almost negligible to get a seat for fisheries in any government college..... But with your rank it seems that you will get a seat in further rounds..

    Wish you all the best!!!!

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

I got 89 marks in ICAR AIEEA 2019, Can I selected for counseling and admission process?

    Hello Aspirant,

As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have very less chances of getting admission in. decent government agriculture collage. You needed more to scored upto 370+ marks for getting admission in bsc agriculture.

As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of exam papers.

Qualifying marks are based on your caste reservation.
If you are SC/ST then you need 40%, similarly for OC and  other remaining caste needs 50% to get qualified for ICAR AIEEA.
    .
To get a seat in best college you need to score more then 400
    .

Hopefully it's will be useful to you.

    GOOD LUCK.

Sir my rank in icar aieea ug 2019 is 7091. I am from general category. Can i get any seat in agriculture colleges?

Hello Sanjay, with your rank and general category it is very difficult to get any good govt institute for Agriculture. For most top institutes like Banaras Hindu University, CCSHAU, GBPUAT, PAU, CSHKPKVV etc the cutoff ranks for general is almost 1000 or below.

You can still opt for private colleges.
