B.F.A. in Digital Arts : The course demands candidates to undertake a Drawing Test, Portfolio Assessment, and Personal Interaction, akin to the structure of the Applied Arts program. UCEED/PERA/MAH CET qualified students can seek exemption, too.

M.F.A. Applied Arts: Selection is done with a Drawing Test, Personal Interaction, and Portfolio Assessment for the postgraduate programme. This gives the university confidence that the applicant has the creative ability and required skills to enter the advanced stage of applied arts.

Ph.D. Visual Arts: The doctorate course process is more severe, and involves the following procedure:

  1. Ph.D. Entrance Test of MITWPU (Exemption for UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/CEED/GPAT qualified students)
  2. Interview/Viva-voce for test-qualifying candidates
  3. Selection on the basis of a weightage of 70% for the entrance test and 30% for the performance in interview
  4. Provisional admission granted to the selected candidates
