Admission to the above programs will be based on the performance of students in the 10+2 examination, with an emphasis on scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The institute may also consider scores of relevant engineering entrance examinations.

BBA: The BBA program in MBIT has an intake of 120 seats. Admission for the BBA is based on the scholarly performance of the candidate in the 10+2 examination. Besides, the institute might conduct an entrance test or interview for evaluating the candidate's aptitude for management studies.

BCA: MBIT offers an undergraduate level 3-year study of Bachelor in Computer Applications 120 seats.
