Motto +3 Degree College has been opened in Bhadrak, as an affiliated college of Utkal University of Bhadrak. NAAC has given the college accreditation, which would show the commitment towards quality education. Admission into the B.Com course is expected to be through the performance attained by the candidate in the 10+2 examination with special consideration given to commerce and mathematics.

BA (Bachelor of Arts): It offers various BA programs under general and honors courses. The BA programs offered include:

5. BA Education Honors

They are usually each of three-year duration. Admission into BA courses would usually depend on the result from the 10+2 examination, with preference given to students who have taken relevant subjects during their higher secondary studies.
