Diploma in Tool and Die Making is a four-year full-time course offered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Kohima, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


Eligibility Criteria

  • 10th pass with at least 45% of marks each in Maths & Science and must be within 15 to 22 years of age. (SC/ST candidates have relaxation of 5% marks and 3 yrs. in the upper age limit). (ii) On the scheduled date of starting the course, the candidate should have attained the age of 15 years but should not be more than 22 years of age. (Relaxable to 25 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and handicapped candidates who are otherwise suitable for the course)

Admission Details

Candidates who apply for admission to the course shall be required to take such written examinations, tests, and interviews as may be decided by the C.E.O. On the basis of performance, candidates will be selected for admission to the course in order of merit.
