Nalbari College was founded in the year 1945, and it features as one of the leading institutes in Nalbari, Assam. This co-educational affiliated college offers undergraduate and postgraduate levels of studies across various disciplines. Spread over a sprawling 16-acre campus, the student enrolment in Nalbari College stands at 3,142, while the faculty strength is 76. The national accrediting agency, NAAC, has also accredited the college. It currently offers 24 courses in the spheres of Arts, Sciences, and Information Technology under 8 different degrees with ample opportunities to students in pursuit of their interests.
