The College Central Library of Nalbari College is named after ‘TRAILOKYA NATH GOSWAMI’ the founder and Principal of the College in recognition of his erudition and distinguished services to the College. The TNG Library is a registered member of the N-LIST Programme of INFLIBNET. Recently a Digital Library Section has been started; it will also serve as an E-resource center. WiFi connection in the college campus has been started too. The total area of the Library is 515 sq mtr. (5544 sq. ft.) with a total Seating Capacity of 139.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The College has one Girl's Hostel within the campus. Hostel seats are allotted at the time of admission on the basis of merit. Application for Hostel admission is to be made to the Hostel Superintendent in the prescribed form. Every border must observe the Hostel Rules Strictly. Violation of these rules may cause expulsion. Boarders are allowed to meet the visitors on the visiting day during visiting hours only.
