• The college's placement cell invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.  

• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• Interested students need to register for the placement drive and complete the NID Bangalore application process.

• To hire the best candidates, the NID Bangalore campus is visited by several organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.

• The candidates hired by the companies and organisations receive the standard placement package.
