A Candidate must have passed a Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Psychology/ Human Development/ Community Resource Management/ Development Communication Extension/ Education / Special Education / Nursing or Graduate in the same field with a minimum of five years of regular experience working with children or B.Ed with minimum four years of experience.
