Nava Bharathi College of Education was established in the year of 1984 at Secunderabad, A.P., INDIA is one of the prestigious institute which is forming the future of Education. This affiliated college is situated in Bolarum, Secunderabad, so to provide the quality standards of teacher education it has been accredited from National Council for Teacher Education(NCTE). Having its extensive infrastructure spread over 3 acres the college is delivering specific focus on the course it has on its disseminating platter – the Bachelor of Education or B.Ed. Established at a remarkably large scale with total student intake of 267 and faculty of 12 members, Nava Bharathi College of Education mostly prepares the young generation to be professional teachers.

Nava Bharathi College of Education has many infrastructures aimed at serving the needs of the students with regard to their learning needs. A central core of any learning institution, the library in particular is well equipped with several books, journals and reference materials in the field of education. Nava Bharathi college of Education offers only one programme that is B.Ed which is a two year full time course. The college is allowed to admit 150 students for this programme annually thereby educating a number of prospective teachers. This specialisation of the facility ensures that the institution focuses and provides quality in their training of teachers.

B. Ed programme in Nava Bharathi College of Education was done through, Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TSEd.CET). This is a centralised examination organised by the CONVENER, TS Ed.CET for and on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSSCHE). Any student aspiring to join B.Ed programme is required to pass this examination to be admitted. The continued high educational standards evidenced by this college is evident in its opting for this standardised admission process to allow only the right caliber into the teaching profession.
