Bethania Convent Girls Hostel is set in Kannikalam half km from Navajyothi College campus. All guest rooms in the hostel are well-furnished.

The college has a library that is the soul of any institution, and Navajyothi also has a well-established library. NJC library is named KNOWLEDGE HUB. Knowledge Hub is a center for acquiring, processing, preserving, and disseminating information to the user community with the motto of empowering knowledge. Knowledge Hub has a wide range of academic resources such as books, periodicals, online periodicals, project reports, and question banks. The college has a Library Council comprising the Director and Heads of the various Departments. Librarians and Student Representatives to assist in procuring books, journals, and magazines. The Library Council is responsible for the upkeep of the library facilities.

The college has In the college formation system, sports play an important role in the development of the integrated personality of the youth. Sports and Physical activities are an essential part of human resources development. These help to develop health, a spirit of friendly competition, achievement, national pride, and patriotism. To realize and fulfill this great task, Navajyothi has been organizing Tournaments, sports days, and many more activities.

The college has a high-tech computer lab, and students are encouraged to use the same for study purposes.   Students are to attend free basic computer classes conducted by the Institution. A student should remember while using a computer in the lab that another person also uses the same gadget. Therefore fair use of the computer is expected from the users.

The college has three well-equipped conference halls for holding seminars, conventions, and meetings. Main Hall can seat 500 delegates and has the required facilities for national and international workshops.

Navajyothi College has provided amenities for parking the vehicles of the stakeholders. There is a policy drawn for the use of vehicles on the campus. This Policy applies to all faculty, staff, students, and volunteers who drive vehicles connected with college and sponsored activities.  Driving safely on and around the NJC Campus is essential. With the increased congestion on campus in vehicles, utility carts, and pedestrian traffic, safety and caution are critical. Drivers and pedestrians alike share the responsibility of keeping themselves and others on the road safe. The safety tips provided in the Policy are helpful reminders of best practices.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The lab is well-equipped with modern language training facilities. The modernized lab is a networking system with several computer nodes attached to a server unit. It accommodates 40 students at a time. The module of the software is such that it is both self-taught and teacher-controlled. Phonetics, Grammar, Composition, Word Power, etc. are the major concerns of the Language lab system.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has Each department has an ICT Classroom for their use. The department shall follow the regulations laid below The custodian of the ICT Classroom is the Head of the Department. The adjacent gadgets will be in the custody of HOD. HOD will permit the use of the room upon request by the teachers. There should be a proper arrangement in the department about using ICT classrooms. If maintenance is necessary, it should be informed to the Bursar.

The Placement Cell of the college is operating to train its students pro-industry and to identify job opportunities for the students. This cell works in collaboration with various agencies engaged in management, media, and communication in different parts of the country. The cell aims to provide a broad ground for the students of the college to explore the different employment avenues available to them. While many of the students opt for higher education, a major section of the student body enters the job market right after college. The cell is instrumental in bringing interested companies/firms in touch with the student body. As part of its activities, the cell invites different companies and organizations to make presentations that help students to understand the requirements of a particular job. The presentations are followed by recruitment drives in which the cell assists the recruiting organization. A database for students interested in jobs is maintained and the cell reaches out to students with job-related information even after they have passed out.
