NCRD's Institute of Pharmacy, Navi Mumbai: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The Institute of pharmacy under the NCRD was set up in 2004 and located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This accompanied institution is PCI & AICTE approved, which is a college especially for pharmacy education. Located in a small plot of one acre, this institute has current population of 147 students and 23 faculty members. A major facility organised under NCRD is the Institute of Pharmacy, that aims at delivering quality education in pharmaceutical sciences and indeed provides students with a productive and specialised pharmaceutical learning environment focused through its D.Pharma, B.Pharma, M.Pharma programmes. 

The institute boasts of providing state-of-the art facilities that can make the learning process of its student better. The campus boasts well-equipped laboratories endorsed for all types of practical sessions related to pharmacy. At the academic level, the Institute of Pharmacy at NCRD offers only three courses at present, which is D.Pharma, B.Pharma, M.Pharma. It has the capacity to admit 60 students for this programme, and this is well illustrated by the institute’s commitment to do everything possible to ensure that the student-to faculty ratio remains small enough to ensure quality interaction with the students. The course offered in NCRD’s Institute of Pharmacy over a six and one half-year academic period aims at total personality development of the students by equipping them with both bookish knowledge and practical experience in order to make them competent for the challenging tasks in the pharmaceutical industry. 

In particular, the admission system used at NCRD’s Institute of Pharmacy is simple and based on the scores achieved by the applicants.
