Admission in Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication and Technology is not done through JEE MAINS score.

Selection of candidates is made on the basis of marks/ rank secured by the candidate in GGSIPU – CET. All candidates must apply for Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test IPU CET before applying to any of the courses offered by AIACTR.

I think there is no such provision of getting the admission in direct second year other then diploma students. If you are a diploma student then you can get the admission in 3rd semester for degree courses. For that you have to go through the online counselling conducted by the admission committee of your state and then after according to your merit you will get the admission online. Otherwise there is no provision to get directly into 2nd year. Further I suggest you that you must visit the college for your query because it is the issue related to a particular college only so they can guide you better.

MSIT and BVP are the best colleges from the list that you have mentioned. In these colleges most of the company take a visit and the placement are also good in these colleges. Most of the crowd are in these two colleges only.

Go for MSIT if college life and competitions are important. If placements are more important then BVP and if fee matters then AIACTR. Overall ranking is BVP>AIACTR~MSIT. But BVP is like school. They are strict.
Overall if I was in your situation, I would choose BVP.
