Admission to Subharti medical college is based on your NEET extrance exam.

It comes under Uttar Pradesh counselling too.

Admission to 85% state quota seats and private medical/dental colleges of the state will be released by DMET, UP.

UP MBBS/BDS cutoff 2020 for 15% All India Quota seats will be released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)

So there is ex service man quota for 85% of state quota seats in state counselling but there is no quota in mcc councelling.

Uttar Pradesh is a high competition state, it the cutoff is extremely high. You have extremely low chances.

No there is no Bond structure in the medical college. You haven't mentioned your category, if you have had I would have been able to predict your chances a little better.
