NWIMSR Pune offers separate boys and girls hostels. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities. Rooms are well-ventilated and are suitably furnished. The boys hostel can accommodate a total of 352 boys.

NWIMSR Pune provides hostel accommodation for girls on the campus itself. The girls hostel can accommodate 91 girls in the old hostel and 264 in the new hostel. The premises are under round-the-clock surveillance for security purposes.
