Well, based on your rank in KCET 2021 and previous years' data, you have low chance to secure a seat for Electronics and Communications Engg or Information Science and Engg streams at New Horizon College, Marathahalli.

In 2020, KCET Cutoff Rank prescribed for admission to ECE was 21666 (for General Category) and for ISE was 16928 (for General category).

Eligibility of MCA is passed or appearing in BSc/BCom/BCA or any other relevant degree with Mathematics at 10+2 level.

Universities which offer MCA in distance mode are
IGNOU,Sikkim Manipal University, Annamali University, University of Madras, University of Mumbai,Tamil Nadu Open University, Anna University etc.

In case,you didn't have Maths at 10+2 level, you can still go for MCA in IGNOU,for must pass BCS-012 course concurrently with MCA program.

For taking admission in BBA, candidates should have cleared 10+2 or its equivalent exam along with securing minimum qualifying marks and English as one of the subjects. Or, They should have completed Three years Diploma degree after class 10 th from the Board of Technical Education. Please mention the name of the college which you want take admission in so that I can answer you accurately as different colleges have different time for open admissions. Generally, the admission process starts in the month of June every year for admission in undergraduate courses.
