NIIS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Khordha Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

NIIS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Khordha (NIIT) is a good institution providing various engineering courses at the undergraduate and diploma level. NIIT is an AICTE-approved affiliated college known for its quality technical education. The institute's admission procedure is geared to select the best candidates for its wide variety of engineering courses.

The admission cycle of NIIT is usually the same calendar as that of its parent university. As every year has different dates for admissions, it is always better to prepare the application in advance during the months prior to the beginning of the new academic year from July and August.

B.Tech: He/She should have completed 10+2 education from any recognized board. The core subjects of the study must be Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Institute offers B.Tech courses in Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering streams.

Students can take admission into the Diploma program who have successfully passed 10th standard from any recognized educational institution. Programs offered by NIIT are a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Application Procedure

The process of application to NIIS Institute of Engineering and Technology, Khordha, comprises a variety of procedures for proper and sufficient selection of candidates:

1. Eligibility Check: The very first thing the applicant has to do is check their eligibility with respect to the course applied for. For B. Tech programs, they should have an equivalent 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, but in Diploma, completion of 10th standard is required.

Diploma: NIIT has three Diploma programs under the engineering discipline. Admission is generally on the basis of the candidate's performance in the 10th standard exam and/or state-level Diploma Entrance Test. In all the three Diploma programs, there are 60 seats each
