60 MonthsThe school offers a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program that is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA). The progressive curriculum at NIA was developed by academicians and professionals from all over the world. Our curriculum has been designed to integrate hands-on practical training with theory-based education. The program hopes to lead a new generation of holistic professionals with a deeper understanding of architecture, augmenting meaningful insights into experiential learning from both academia and practice. The school has been envisioned as a centre for excellence in tropical architecture with partners across the globe. We also plan to offer undergraduate, postgraduate a doctoral programs in architecture and allied areas.

Eligibility Criteria
Pass in Class 12 with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
OR
Pass in 10+3 Diploma Examination with 50% marks in aggregate and Mathematics as compulsory subject + Qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by CoA
or JEE conducted by NTA
Minimum 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission
Admission Details
The Admission candidates are required to qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by CoA.
