Nitte Institute of Architecture facilities are designed to support the academic and personal growth of its students. The campus features modern design studios equipped with cutting-edge tools and software to facilitate architectural exploration and innovation. Nitte Institute of Architecture library facilities include architectural journals and digital databases, that enrich the academic experience and support research endeavours.
Additionally, well-equipped workshops organised by the Nitte Institute of Architecture provide opportunities for hands-on construction and model-making activities, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Complementing these facilities are recreational amenities, such as sports grounds and common areas, fostering a balanced lifestyle and a sense of community among students.
Allotment of rooms: Rooms are allotted to the students at the time of their admission. The students cannot vacate the room in the middle of the academic year. Boarders are also not permitted to change rooms in the middle of the academic year. In case the boarder wishes to change rooms, a written permission signed by the Head of the Institution and the Assistant Director (Student Affairs) is required. If a boarder fails to pay his/her dues to the hostel by the appointed time, then he/she will forfeit the room as rooms are allotted on payment only.
Hostel fee: The hostel fee for the first year which includes the caution deposit, mess advance and the room rent will be collected at the time of admission. The room rent for the subsequent academic years will be collected at the beginning of each year along with college fee. Caution deposit will be refunded only at the end of the course. Establishment charges and other utilities like electricity and water will be collected.
Facilities: The hostellers are provided with a cot, cupboard, study table and chair. Every hostel has solar water heaters, WiFi facility, common telephone, TV room, reading room, visitors lounge, water coolers, generators, 24x7 security and surveillance cameras. AC rooms are available in some of the hostels. The hostels also have facilities for indoor and outdoor games.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. All students are covered under the Medicare Scheme which entitles them to free medical treatment at the 1200 bed multi-specialty KS Hegde Hospital and dental treatment at AB Shetty Dental Hospital on the campus.
WELLNESS CENTRE: Mental health has a significant impact on creativity and innovation which is vital in the architecture profession. We have organised programs such as the Happy NIA initiative, the mentor-mentee program and personal counselling to help our students through challenging circumstances.
The College has an air-conditioned multi Gymnasium housed in a 5500 sq. ft building that is kept open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the benefit of students and hostellers. The services of 3 professionally trained instructors are available. The equipment consists of treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, and a full-fledged multi-gym.
LIBRARY & RESOURCE CENTRE: Our library provides over 5638 book volumes, 38 reputable journals and 1142 e-journals. With our well-equipped library, we provide a supportive learning culture for our students.
The college has sports facilities on the campus consist of an athletic turf track of 400 meters, Football ground, Cricket pitch, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, and Badminton courts. The campus has facilities for indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom.
The college has A fleet of buses and vans are maintained on the campus to provide transport facilities to the students and staff, free of cost.
Established in 2023, our alumni association brings together four graduating batches for annual reunions. These gatherings foster mentorship, networking, and a sense of community among past and present students. As ambassadors for our alma mater, we strive to uphold its legacy of excellence and inspire the architects of tomorrow.
The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

BUILDING SCIENCE LAB: This is a purpose-built facility for research and experimentation that offers a comprehensive understanding of energy efficiency, climate-sensitive buildings, sustainability, building physics and air quality which is relevant in today's context.
