The institution offers large classrooms, will provide libraries with pertinent materials, good Wi-Fi access, and well-equipped labs for practical sessions. Although hostels differ in quality, they usually provide common areas, study spaces, and beds. Overall, the mess and canteen food quality are good, offering a range of selections to suit a variety of palates. There are basic medical facilities on campus to take care of the medical requirements of students. The institution provides space for activities and athletics, which adds to an all-encompassing pupil culture outside of the learning environment.

The instructors support the acquisition of new skills and are highly educated and competent. It is not difficult to receive passing grades in our institution, and the course curriculum is current, preparing us for the workforce. We are very glad to have our teachers.

Approximately 50% to 60% of students in the Chemistry course at North Eastern Hills University typically get placed. This percentage can be based on the batch and market conditions. The department's infrastructure is good. Proper Wi-Fi connections and well-maintained classrooms and labs are available. The library also has a very extensive collection for all courses. Hostel facilities are fine. They are also very affordable. Various courts are available on campus and you can play anytime.

The faculty members in this course are really helpful, very updated and knowledgeable. Their teaching is also understandable. The curriculum is also quite relevant to the present workforce and really prepares students for the industry. Practical experience is also applied, which is therefore helpful. Exams are not that difficult; they are not too easy either.

Unfortunately, placements are not available for Mba. But internships are provided at the end of the course: 2 months in the university library and 2 months in any college library. It's not compulsory; you can choose to do it but it is crucial that you do it as it will be very essential for future careers.

Placement should be better

The university has all the infrastructure to provide quality education for the students. It has big classrooms, smartboards, Wi-Fi connection in the library and hostels for both girls and boys. The university also has football playgrounds, basketball court and many other sports centers for indoors games. The Campus is so big and clean, and the living spaces are free and efficient.

I'm in the final year pursuing my MBA in Marketing management. There are multiple specializations for the students provided by the departments and the teachers are all professionals from different states and inside the state as well. NEHU helps us develop intellectually and academically both. They conduct many extra curricular activities and promote students skills and creativity. Yes, Studying here makes me ready for any job in the specific field.

For marketing students there are many opportunities in terms of job placements. Many private and public sectors visit our university and conduct interview and necessary procedures, in order to hire the successful candidate from the college. The package ranges from 40k-50k and yes the university is very helpful in giving this opportunity for the students.

The University is run by the government, so obviously the cost is very less and on top of that we get scholarship so studying here is privilege for all the students at the university.

Campus is so big and very relaxing and peaceful. The campus ensures security, and the campus is surrounded by the natural resources, plants and trees.

The university is very safe and secured for all the students from all the places. There is no need of any hesitation of coming and studying here people are good locality is good and very friendly.

The campus of NEHU is quite well .Especially the management department is most well structured. The campus has Wi-Fi facility all over the campus, it has central library ,health center, open gym for students, badminton court, football ground and cricket ground. It has hostel both inside the campus and outside the campus. The good thing about Meghalaya is that it has very good and clean natural environment free from pollution and chaos.

I am an MBA student with Finance specialization. The management department provide double specialization facility .Most of the teachers and prof. are from outside state and experienced in their field field. We also have online and offline seminar, workshops, activities ,fest, cultural program.

The university is not so well in terms of placement. In management most of the companies come from marketing and HR field. Only a few banks come for Finance and banking specializations .The average package is 3-4 LPA .

The university has a good ROI because you get a degree from Central university and the competition is less so you can work on yourself and can grab good opportunities and can easily study for future preparation along with your masters. Even the total fees for 2 years is 1.2 lakh and you can get higher package then that.

The campus is very peaceful. Its is best suggestion for the nature lovers students who want to enjoy their college life with peace .The local people are also good and they speak very well Hindi and English so there is no communication barrier. Even the place is very safe for girls compared to other central university.

I will recommend this university who want to enjoy nature ,have adventurous college life and get central university degree with less competition and grab good opportunities.
