24 MonthsMaster of Laws (LLM) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program in Law offered by Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, and approved by UGC.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate to take admitted into the LL.M. program must have 50%marks in aggregate inLL.B.-3 years/B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BA. LLB / BBA.LL.B-5 Year Integrated course recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and BCI. However, a relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria shall be admissible to the bonafide SC/ST/OBC/PWD applicants of the State of Assam only.
Admission Details
The admission into L.L.M. Programme will be made through an Entrance Test to be conducted by the University/Centre/College. There will be only one paper for 2-hours for the LL.M. Entrance Test which will comprise Indian Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, international law, Procedural and Evidence Laws, Family Laws, Law of Torts, Business Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
