The NIIST is an Information Science and Technology Institute and was set up in 2001 is an esteemed organisation located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. NIIST occupies a campus of 5 acres and it has an educational portfolio consisting of 19 programmes of one or another degree, all together with four levels of education. It is affiliated with the National License Committee under NAAC with an A grade and is approved by AICTE. The enrolment capacity of NIIST is 1019 student and faculty strength is 167 which makes the ratio of student to teacher is appropriate, thus allows personal interaction and proper counselling. The institute offers programmes in engineering, computer science, management information technology, and other related fields.
NIIST has facilities to support the modern calendar, educational process, and personal growth of its students. A number of laboratory facilities, a modern library, and other IT resources serve as the basis for practical and theoretical activities. To the students who need to be accommodated the institute offers campus hostels for both males and females, fully furnished, accompanied by amenities including an aquaguard water provision for drinking water and full time wardens among others. It also has a cafeteria, which serves nutritious meals or snacks, sports grounds for outdoor exercises, and gym for the exercise freaks. Furthermore, NIIST campus has health centre with first aid facilities for overall care of the student community.
The institute covers almost all areas of academics and fields of career interest through the students’ programmes it provides. Currently, NIIST offers 18 full time programmes at under graduate and post graduate levels. The institute’s engineering courses run across several course specialisations namely computer science & engineering, electronics & communication engineering, civil & mechanical engineering, as well as in certain niche areas of engineering like artificial intelligence & machine learning engineering. Facing the postgraduate level, NIIST offers MBA and MCA degrees with a various specialisation of M.Tech. Visibly, NIIST has the capability to host a large number of students by having a fixed approved intake for all the courses offered in the institute as a total of one thousand and nineteen seats.

The criteria for admission at NIIST are very stringent, all inclusive and merit base based on the national and state level entrance exams. For undergraduate engineering streams the Admission Committee mainly considers the ranking obtained at the National level CBSE JEE (Main). MBA programme admissions for postgraduate sessions are through the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), while session admissions for M.Tech are based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The institute also accepts other rightful related entrance examinations to enhance its diversity selection process. Since these examinations are conducted at the national level, the academic calendar at NIIST is planned to accommodate these national level admission procedures which normally begins after the announcement of results of the respective examinations.

B.com College faculty and management is very bad , they only want money from the students, also placement is very poor , only the miss chouhan mam HOD and 2019 old faculty was good , new faculty have too much ego and they Evey time give you pricipal or director warning.....
The point of view infrastructure and facilities my college is good because have good infrastructure and facilities. My college have facilities like classrooms, laboratories with enough equipment, a big library and sports centers also available in my college. But my college do not have any hostel facility.
I am a final year student so I know about my college each and everything. My college have good infrastructure. My college have large classrooms with enough fans and lights, my college also have facilities like laboratories and library. All the equipment are well maintained and used.
