Admission Process According to Degree 

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program offered at Pallavi College of Teacher Education is a full-time course with a duration of two years, catering up to 100 students on intake basis. Admission to B.Ed will be based on an applicant's qualifying examination and/or entrance examination marks. The selection process will be in conformity with the state government, UT administration, and affiliated university policies. For B.Ed, a candidate possesses at least a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from any duly recognized university.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): It is a full-time program spanning a period of two years with an intake of 50 students. It is meant to cater to prospective teachers who wish to teach in lower classes. Admission into the course is also by merit and on the basis of marks secured in a qualifying examination and/or entrance examination whereby it is expected that the selection would be in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the state government and UT administration. These general criteria for eligibility state that the candidate must have completed his senior secondary education (10+2) by any recognized board.
