I had an average learning experience.

    College Infrastructure

The college’s infrastructure is nothing fancy. The classrooms are basic with just enough to get by, and there’s a need for some serious upgrades in terms of facilities. The library could definitely use more resources, especially for commerce students. There’s also limited access to tech-related facilities like projectors or computer systems that could make learning more interactive. It felt like we were getting just the bare minimum

    Academics

In terms of academics, the B.Com. curriculum is okay. It covers the necessary subjects but doesn’t go beyond the basics. I felt the teaching style could be more engaging, as it often felt like we were just going through the motions with lectures and notes. The faculty members are knowledgeable but don’t always push students to explore topics deeper or engage in discussions. More practical learning or real-world applications could really help make the course more

    Placements

Placements are not a strong suit here. There wasn’t a structured placement drive during my time, and most students had to find jobs on their own after graduation. There’s no active placement cell to connect students with companies, which made it harder for many of us to find opportunities. If your goal is to have campus placements, this college doesn’t offer much support in that regard.

    Value for Money

One of the main positives of studying here is that the fees are extremely low, being a government institution. If you're looking for a degree without spending much, this college does offer that, but you get what you pay for. The affordability is its biggest draw, but in return, the academic and campus experience can feel lacking compared to pricier institutions.

    Campus Life

Campus life is pretty low. There weren’t many activities, clubs, or events to be part of, which made the overall experience feel more academic and less social. For someone looking for a college environment with lots of student engagement, this might feel a bit dull. It’s more about attending classes and heading home, without much happening on the extracurricular front.
