The infrastructure is well-maintained with clean classroom, decent library and washrooms. Basic facilities like hostel and transport are satisfactory. Sports and recreational amenities are also good with a pleasant experience.
Panimalar Polytechnic college maintains a good standard of academics, with experienced staff members and the curriculum is always updated to industry trends. The curriculum keeps a balance on both the theoretical learning and also practical exposure.
Placements are decent, with companies visiting the for recruitment, but the opportunities are limited, especially in the core technical fields. The college provides placement training but there is a need for more diverse job opportunities and higher paying roles.
The college fees is reasonable for the facilities that are provided, the rules are strict. Some students feel it to be restricting their freedom. Scholarships and financial aids options are also minimal.
The campus is very strict with rigid rules restricting students freedom. While the discipline ensures focus on academics, it leaves a very little room for extra curricular activities, making the campus life less enjoyable.
