Parul Institute of Library and Information Science, Vadodara, was established in the year 2015 as a constituent college of Parul University. Located in Vadodara, Gujarat, this specialized institute offers education in the field of library and information science. The campus is 150 acres in area and has a total enrollment of students of 10, with a faculty strength of 3. Being a co-educational institution, it provides equal opportunities for both male and female students. The institute offers two full-time courses, Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc.) and Master of Library and Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc.), catering to students interested in pursuing careers in library management and information services.

The institute has different facilities to assist students in their overall learning and development. At the center of the campus is a well-stocked library of over 143,950 books, 447 periodicals, journals, and magazines, and a very significant collection of digital resources. The library, therefore, represents the center of academics, as one can become curious about research and knowledge. The students are also provided with modern laboratories where practical experience is imparted in their respective fields. The campus showcases  a national-level standards auditorium with a seating capacity of 420, fully suited for academic events, conferences, and other cultural activities. Six seminar halls are also available for any purpose related to education.

The Parul Institute of Library and Information Science offers two main courses, the B.Lib.I.Sc. or Bachelor of Library and Information Science and the M.Lib.I.Sc. or Master of Library and Information Science.
