Libraries are the soul of every institution of higher learning. It is here that the students develop their own individual style of learning and reach out for more. The pursuance of excellence is a worthy goal for any student, scholar, or academic. Keeping with this belief, Patiala Professional Educational Society has spacious libraries with a good collection of books. Apart from books, the library subscribes to a number of Publications both National and International journals to keep the students abreast of developments of their interest as well as in general.

The department has well-qualified and experienced staff to teach Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Communication Skills, and Environmental Sciences. The department has well-equipped communication skills Lab. The department also has well-equipped laboratories to impart practical training in the subjects of Engineering Physics, Engineering Chemistry, and Communication Skills.

PPC computer center is well equipped to meet the central computing requirements of the faculty, staff, and students of the institute. All the major software and hardware platforms have made available to the faculty and students. Computer center develops and maintains college websites, Proxy servers, FTP servers, DNS servers; it also provides Antivirus solutions and Email facilities to faculty and staff. The computer center remains open from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. The computer center also looks after the maintenance of computers and other IT infrastructure of the college. The Computer Centre is also involved in developing software for in-house use. The Examination and attendance management system developed by the Centre is used comprehensively by all the departments. The course management system is under development and will be unleashed shortly. The Computer Centre also conducts short term courses for non-teaching staff of the college.

The College has a hygienic eating joint, which caters to the needs of the students from early morning till night.
