All the above-mentioned colleges are good, however different colleges excel in some specific branch and while rest in another branch. Please mention the name of the branch you want to study. So we can guide you properly.

As per your rank you can get a good college,and talking of PES madhya so in my opinion it would be a bit difficult to get CSE there but you can get other good branches if you want to go in the same college.

yes may be you will get seat in mechanical but please mention the college name you are talking about. kindly five complete  infromation to us. all the best have a great future ahead.

you have very less chance of getting CSE with this rank still i would advice you to always give it atry because no one knows when luck favours.
