PGDAV College is a constituent college of Delhi University. The college has reasonable infrastructure facilities for the B.Com students. Classrooms are clean, and the library contains a good number of journals and books. However, it lacks modernization in some amenities. The campus is small and has a focused academic environment.
PGDAV College doesn't have impressive infrastructure, The campus features spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a modern library. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the cricket, football, and basketball facilities. The clean and hygienic campus ensures a healthy and comfortable atmosphere for students. But at the same time have some problems like classroom not enough to take all those classes so some teachers take online classes or government college take more time if have problem so that's not like anyone because of that I rated 3.5
Our canteen is very big and spacious, and it is to be known that our college has the biggest canteen at Delhi University. Our college has good labs, classrooms, and a library with all the basic needs to study.
Dear Yaswanth,

B.A hons. Political Science will majorly focus on Political Science subject whereas only studying B.A political Science, you will study all the subjects in equal proportions. The college also works to enhances your skills. I would say Choose your area of interest. Scope wise both (hons. And non hons.) are quite competitive.
Talking about UPSC, it covers all the aspects of every subject you are opting for. Considering this, B.A Political Science would be a better course to choose for as it will cover all your subjects equally rather than just focussing on Political Science.
Rest is your decision. Please choose wisely.
Hope this sorted your query.
All the Best!!
Hi Virat
PGDAV is a good college but placements here are not good. It's accreditation is NAAC B. The faculty here is well qualified. The ranking of college depends upon various factors. However as per previous nirf rankings, this college was not under the list.
But no doubt it is one of the oldest constituent colleges of the top ranking University of Delhi.
