PKN College of Arts and Science, Madurai Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has Boys' Hostels that provide sociable accommodation to the students. Rooms can be mixed or single, although private rooms may also be available. We have a hostel on campus for boys, which can accommodate students with all the facilities for study, recreation, and common living. The College Canteen serves subsidized meals and refreshments for hostelites and guests.

The college has a Library is a collection of sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. Our library's collection can include books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, e-books, audiobooks, databases, and other formats. 

The college has a Computer Laboratory an academic department within the P.K.N Arts & Science College that encompasses Computer Science, along with many aspects of Arts & Science subjects. Our computer lab is a place that provides computer services to students who attend the institution or for use in curricular computer classes.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The College Canteen is a large spacious area, with a view of greenery all around, and a variety of refreshments and meals available. It tends to be the place on campus, where students eat food and refreshments which are available at the best quality. 

The college has sports facilities for all students. College Street Playground is a local park with a fenced playground area. Playgrounds often also have facilities for playing outdoor games and sports, such as cricket, kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, etc. Professionals recognize that the social skills that students develop on the playground often become lifelong skill sets that are carried forward into their adulthood.

The college has a Training and Placement Cell that is functioning with Training & Placement Officer, three Talent Development Officers one staff member as co-ordinator from each department, and student representatives as members of the Training and Placement Cell. This Cell organizes regular aptitude training programs to develop technical skills and personality development programs to improve soft skills.  

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
