PR Thakur Government College, Gaighata, established in 2013, is an affiliated rural general degree college in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. This government-run college offers various undergraduate courses in arts and sciences with an enrolment of 611 students and 32 faculty members. The student population consists of 41% male and 59% female students, all from within the state.
