My college infrastructure was very good with good wifi availability and there was big projector where we can clearly see the notes which teachers are teaching. There was big stage where programs happens.
Academics was very good with better placements and there was many companies. My teachers were very good with high knowledge and they were giving many notes. And regularly they were taking test and it was good.
Placements are very good and many companies came to my college. Many companies came and many students got placed in many companies with good job role. I am very happy with my college placements and i am in good job.
My college fees structure is very low and budget friendly. Many students got scholarship and now studying well. And many scholarships were given to many students who were having low family income. I am happy.
Campus life was very good with good canteen and good college life with good tables, benches and chairs, with ac facilities and there was a personal desk for every students where we can keep our things out there.
Overall i am happy
starting from well-maintained classrooms to the huge library the college provides every basic facility to the students. there are good laboratories and sports facilities. campus does not have a Wi-Fi connection.
the teaching staff is very talented and experienced but there is a need to make changes in the curriculum. as there is less practical knowledge. apart from this, the quality of teaching is very good.
the rate of placement is very poor. it has been improved in comparison to the last few years but there is still a need for improvement towards inviting more companies to take part in the campus hiring process.
the average cost I bear for 3 years of study to complete my BSc degree is around 20 - 30 thousand rupees which is very affordable compared to other colleges. the course fee for other programs is also around the same range.
College has a good infrastructure with every necessary facilities for the students of different courses. Prananath College has a large campus with one more new building for more classes. The college has every facility for students such as a really good library, laboratories, etc
I am a graduate student of Prananath Autonomous College in Commerce passed out in the year of 2021. The college followed every updated curriculum by Utkal University, Odisha. Prananath College is one of the best college for commerce in Odisha.
I was doing my under-graduation at Prananath college. Like me most of the students didn’t prefer to have a job right after the completion of UG. Many of us wanted to do our Post-graduation and higher studies but still the college had a good placement for the under-graduate students as well as the post graduate students. The students who were willing to sit in the placement were getting job for around 3 to 4 lac PA package after their under-graduation.
The course cost per year was around 14 thousand rupees. The value for money was really good at Prananath College. I really feel I had made a good decision by studying in Prananath college as now all the knowledge gained from there is really helping me in my higher studies.
Prananath college has a best campus life. It is located in Khorda District where I found people who helped me in every possible way, same in the college as well. All the students and teachers are very friendly. College provided us chance to participate in many activities such as online workshops, sports events as well as different competitions. Overall, it was a great experience studying in Prananath College.
College lacks in modern smart boards and modern libraries and sports rooms. Classrooms has projectors but they are used rarely which makes the quality of teaching poor. Living places are moderately cleaned and canteen was clean but the food was prepared in unhygienic way.
Quality of study is average it is not so good or so bad. Some teachers are not friendly and interactive. I was studying Bsc. Chemistry honors because I love chemistry. Curriculum doesn't includes modern development they follow traditional method of teaching.
College was supportive for placements but the monthly salary of placements were very low and was not quite acceptable. Average salary was like 10000. No there was no pleasant for me because the timings in the job were too high.
It is around 1500 per year and according to money the course is acceptable. Yes I felt that it is worthy as I haven't spent a lot of money in academics.
College campus was below average a lot un hygienic conditions were there. Teachers and staff were not supportive they only speak in class. But in case of emergencies medical was too near to college.
College can be good by adding some good and supportive staffs.
The infrastructure is not impressive but okay. Classrooms are basic with not so good studying environment and laboratories are not well equipped. There is a need to focus upon the cleanliness and hygiene or the premises.
Some teachers are talented and very good in teaching but there is irregularities in classes . Mostly it's the bookish knowledge than the practical idea. It was always the old curriculum with only half of it covered by the semester exams. And it absolutely doesn't make a student job-ready. I'm a student of bachelor's of science in chemistry honours and i chose it become i am interested in that subject. But by the end of my graduation i realized it's not so good of a subject for me to be fond of.
There were some placement drives conducted in the college. But most of the companies hired few students and offered very low packages. I attended a TCS campus drive. It was a mass hiring drive and they gave hired a lot of students from all the fields like physical sciences, biological sciences, political and economics eelectronics etc. And the packetsthey offered was 12.5k per month for a data entry job.
As it is a swmi government college, it costed me very less for my course.
It was worst for me. Staff rude, student teacher interactions negligible outside classes, no extra curricular activities in college except for some debates and essay writing competitions for which a particular group of students were fixed to participate.
At least make three years of a student's college life worth enjoying and learning.
Good classrooms and infrastructure fans and smart boards available. Infrastructure include buildings, smart classes, library, 3 canteens, parking area, auditorium, classes department wise as well as staff room also.
Good curriculum activities and study is also good. Can surely go for this. They took us to a study tour at a state government research centre where we got to learn many things and also extra curriculum activities are also there which teaches us Many things in life about life and on life.
Recently TCS, Tech Mahindra and many more placements came so you can expect. Including Falcon Feeds, there's a placement cell in our college from there we get to know about many placements coming to our college and they also call big companies that's helps us to get good placements.
Totally value for money surely go for it, Good academic good activities and everything.
Yeaahhhh the campus life is besttt you will experience and learn many good things in life through this college.
Outstanding because I have lived the best of my life here only.
The college infrastructure is really good. It has sports complex and large field. It has classrooms with benches and blackboards. It has no smart classroom and projector. It’s living spaces is clean and the food is hygienic. It has library.
The academics here is good. The curriculum is updated. The faculty are mostly doctorates. The quality of teaching is very well. The course is as per Utkal university syllabus. It has no co curricular activities.
The placement isn’t good here. One has to work hard to get good placements. The salary offered isn’t estimated by college till now. There are no internship offers as well. I hope the college brings placement.
The college fees is very nominal for getting a degree. The cost per year ranges from 2000 to 5000 per year. My money is getting worth. The fees is very low because it’s. Government college. There are scholarships for poor students as well.
The campus life is not happening. It has NCC and NSS. The students and staffs are very supportive. The best feature of this college is that they are regular in studies. The playground is really big and huge to play outdoor games.
Amazing college of Bhubaneswar
College has very good infrastructure. College has all the required facilities which students need. Also college has very good open space for events. College has good canteen facility. College have computer lab facility, good library facility with good collection of books.
College environment is pretty good. Also the college location is very good for transportation. The college is connected to near by city with national highway. The college campus is pretty big so spacious.
During final years of graduation the college gets good companies for placements and students with good score got good job opportunity. No ,our college is a Automotive college so no internship for students.
The infrastructure of the college is top level.I am saying this because in last 5 years the labs are well equipped and developed. For each department there are separate labrooms are present. Also college have a gymnasium ,a big playground,a basketball court,a canteen, etc.
Our college PN is one of the best in Odisha for academic purposes. The faculty are also very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 3 years of study in that college. The college taught me how to deal with hardships and the values of life. It's one of best college in sports. Many talented students are present there. The coach has also an exceptional mind in his field.
As per the academics the teachers in zoology Hons were strict as well as humble they were strict outside but kind hearted inside. The students performed well in that college and the teachers were very helpful to each student and cleared every doubts asked.
I don't know much about placements but my friends in commerce and computer science were placed in a very good position and companies like wipro and Infosys were there to recruit students from our college.
I'm going to say PN college is a great value for money. It's a semi govt college and the fees were also quite less. In my time admission fees were Rs 6,730. Yes it's quite less and it gave all the features a student need.
Actually our college campus is quite wide but regarding other colleges it's pretty small but now it's improved a lot. It's has got a big football, cricket, volleyball, basketball field. And an indoor chess and table tennis too. An indoor is being made for badminton players too. It has gym which is free to everyone to use.
I had the one of the best moments in that college and those 3 years of college would be very memorable to me. We had the one of the strongest football team in Odisha and I'm proud to be a part of it. I'll never forget that college and recommend my juniors to join there.
The college does not really have all the required infrastructure and the main issue it that the available resources are not used properly. There is a need of lot more resources. The hygiene of the college is somewhat maintained but there has always been a problem with drinking water.
I am a Computer science student. I chose this stream as I found the IT and software field interesting to study and to have a career in. The classes are regular but practicals are also essential and its not something that is taken care of. The study here is not really enough for us to be job ready, one needs to do some research and hard work on his own in order to prepare for a job even as a fresher.
The college does provide us with some campus placements but the salary packages and and the bonds of the companies are not suitable. The highest package we were provided with was 4lakhs. Not many students make it through the campus recruitment.
I personally dont find it worth the money we pay. We pay a lot more than the other streams as it is a self-financing course but we are not even facilitated with regular and proper practical and theory classes.
Campus life is nothing extra ordinary, recently it has been improving a lot but the safety and security of the students is not really taken care of.
There's a lot that can be done in order to make the academic and campus life much better than it is.
