Radharaman Engineering College or better known as REC was started in the year 2006 and is located in the city Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh. REC is located on a twenty-five acres of land; the institute offers a broad spectrum of engineering and management studies. The college is located with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya University and has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).  REC enrols a total of 1,409 students and having a faculty member of 120, it improves the creation of an environment favourable for superior learning alongside personal development.

REC has well equipped amenities that are supportive of the school’s learning environment of students as listed below. It has fully equipped laboratories with proper equipments charts models and simulators toy help college in understanding the practical aspect of theoretical concepts. The IT infrastructure is elaborate and effective that has more than 1500 computers connected to the single LAN with the licensed software and high hardware equipments. The students are privileged to have this separate hostel for boys and girls so that they are comfortable during their stay. It also has academic facilities such as a library, games field for indoor and outdoor activities and a dispensary for emergency. The institute teaches a broad range of courses in the relative fields of study. REC offers 11 courses across four levels of degree which includes BE, M.Tech, MBA & Diploma. The college provides a full time course in BE Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management etc. It should be noted that the total approved intake for all courses is 780 respectively, while intake of MBA only is 180 respectively. These various programmes address faculties of interest and career paths that students may have allowing them to meet the requirements of the dynamically changing world driven by technology.
