The college has Medical Facilities for all emergency cases, the medical facility is immediately made available. For the non-emergency problem,s students are advised to see the doctors at appointed hours only. The first-aid facility is available at multiple places.

The unique function of the library is to acquire, organize, offer for use, and preserve the available literature and information. Due to the rapid progress of advanced technologies both teachers and students have to keep pace with the fast-changing world. The libraries provide to students, staff, and faculty members, the services for updating their knowledge and supporting research excellence with innovation and creativity in teaching/ learning activities.

The college has a fine tradition in sports. We have earned a reputation for success in intercollegiate competitions and tournaments, sometimes teaming up with other engineering colleges. Many of our students also participate in state and national level competitions. RGI has state of an art sports infrastructure that includes- international level basketball ground and cricket ground; and facilities for indoor games including- billiard table, table tennis, badminton, carom, chess, etc. to name a few.

The College has more than 1500+ Computers with the latest configuration connected to a single LAN. The above computer systems, along with an adequate number of printers, installed in over 50 different Laboratories and offices, and server room (with five Blade Servers) are part of the RGI systems infrastructure. Each laboratory has all the required software (licensed) for designated lab work. RGI has a Microsoft Campus Agreement, which allows RGI to use all of the Microsoft software products. labs are also furnished with advanced hardware and software tools.

The college has Canteen that provides fast food refreshments, lunch, tea, coffee, soft drinks and other freshly cooked eatables at very nominal charges. Special care is taken for cleanliness and hygiene. Monitoring cameras are installed in the canteen. Any complaint regarding the canteen can be made directly to the professor I/C canteen.

The college Provide Every department with its own lecture theater-type acoustically designed seminar hall properly furnished for seating 120 students complete with a projection system and internet connectivity. As a common facility air-conditioned seminar hall with 350 capacities and several air-conditioned conference halls and discussion rooms are available with all the modern audio-visual facilities.

The College has Bus facility from every corner of the city. Public transport facility available up to the gate of the Institute.

The College labs are fully equipped with charts and models, and simulators for easy grasping of the theoretical concepts. Faculty members are encouraged to go through the standard material from NPTEL and like to prepare the notes and PPT presentation. Depending upon the topic and subject in the classroom teaching it is mandatory for the faculty to use overhead projectors/LCD projectors, model, and distribute handouts. These laboratories are well equipped in the state of art types of equipment.
