It was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2015 with single branch Civil Engineering with annual intake of Sixty (60) students running at Harcourt Butler Technological University, Kanpur (formerly known as HBTI, Kanpur). Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, is one of the best UPTU college and it will be superior to rajkiya engineering college in all cases wheteher its placement,campus,faculty and environment. In all casess akg,gaziabad beats rajkiya college banda :)

It would be better to predict the exact chances of your admission if you have mentioned your general category rank also along with the given rank. According to me with this rank you have to wait till 3rd or spot counselling round in order to get admission here as per previous year cuttoff.
