If you have gone from first year to second year this year only then you can definitely change but after the completion of second year you can not change the stream.

Every where ramaiah photo is there and college infrastructure is not so good but college has power it IS @ 75TH RANK IN NIRF LEAVING RV @ 99 top college in Bangalore this year ie 2024. The competition is too high .
