Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan, Kolkata, is a prestigious co-educational institution granting diplomas and degrees in various medical and health sciences. Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing: Admission is done through Joint Entrance Examination (JENPAUH). A candidate must qualify in the said examination and seats shall be allocated through rank order basis. A total intake for the program is 25, and the total course fees are Rs 308,000.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: Admission to the Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course is based on the entrance examination conducted by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. Admission is done by e-counseling, based on merit rank. The program has an intake of 25, and the total fee is Rs 89,000.

B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology and B.Sc Critical Care Technology: There are 20 seats each in these two programs, and detailed admission procedure is not mentioned. Most likely they are going to be through entrance examination and counseling.

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): The program has an intake of 10 seats. Admission remains unspecified here but generally takes place by entrance examination followed by counseling.

MD/MS Programs: The process of admission to postgraduate medical courses such as MD Radiology, MD Pathology, MS Orthopaedics, MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and MS General Surgery is done by counselling based on merit according to the NEET PG results.

GNM stands for general nursing and midwifery course.It is of three and half  year course and the maximum limit of eligibility is 17 years and to get admission in gnm course you should secure minimum 50% in intermediate with main subject as physics , chemistry and biology.The employment opportunities available after completing this course and if you done it seriously,you will get employment.

The average fees for this course is approax 35000 to 50000 per anum. The fees is generally depends on the colleges such as :

  • Christian medical college (CMC) VELLORE -- INR 70000
  • Christian medical college Ludhiana --INR 2,40,000
  • KIIT Bhubaneswar -- INR 30000
  • TD medical college-- INR 1,80,000
  • Government medical College and hospital Chandigarh -- INR 1,20,000
  • St. John's medical college --INR 5,00,000

And like that there are so many college which cost different fees according to college, the range of the fees is 20k to 5 lac.
