The College has a hostel facility for boys separately. The hostel has a provision of accommodating more than 100 students with all the facilities. The rooms are well-ventilated and furnished with basic requirements. There is a provision of a garden room, a common room with T.V and hostel mess, a sufficient number of clean washrooms with the facility of geysers. The hostel is equipped with a solar system for water heating. The hostel has a generator for power backup that gives an uninterrupted power supply to students which is necessary for their study, stay, and comfort.

The college has a gym facility for all the students.
The college has a librarian who maintains the library. It is also kept open during student teaching practices and examinations. The open-access system is followed except for reference books, general books, subject books, encyclopedias, theses, reference books, journals, periodicals, and newspapers (Hindi, Punjabi, English). The question papers and syllabus for various subjects are made available for reference. Students and staff of other colleges can use a library with an authority letter from the head of their institution and/or Ph.D. supervisor. The library can accommodate 70 persons at a time.
The college has the physical development of the students, the college has provided a health and resource center where the students can have recreation along with the fitness of body and mind through a number of indoor and outdoor games. The college has its own Volleyball ground. The college shares a stadium called AKAL STADIUM with its sister institution, RIET, Phagwara. The College organizes Sports Day in which a number of activities are organized.
The college has a computer lab increasingly clear that the real promise of technology in education lies in its potential to facilitate fundamental, qualitative changes in the nature of teaching and learning. Used meaningfully, technology can change the ways teachers teach and students learn. The computer is an essential part of ICT ICT-based teaching-learning Process. We at Ramgarhia College of Education, Phagwara use computers for Teaching, Testing, Evaluation, and Research purposes.
The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
The college has a cafeteria facility for all the students and staff.
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The College has a Sick Room on its campus which is well equipped with all the First-Aid Facilities. The college is in alliance with a nearby hospital namely City Hospital.
The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
The college has good networking for the alumni association.
The college has the career Counseling and Placement Cell of Ramgarhia College of Education, Phagwara in collaboration with Alpha Global Enterprises, Phagwara organized the campus placement in the college . The purpose of the campus placement was to provide job opportunities to the students. Around 90 B.Ed. & M.Ed.students participated in this placement drive.
