College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is nice; the overall campus is excellent, especially the care-taking the facilities, overall amazing. One gets different interests in things. It includes an online board classroom, V-lab, a well-managed library. 2-3 canteens offer a variety of foods.

College Infrastructure
There are multiple specialized labs for all subjects & domains, like cyber security labs, big data analytics labs, blockchain labs, robotics labs, and cloud labs. Hostels are good but little expensive foods are of premium quality. There are 4-5 canteens on campus and offer a wide range of dishes. Sport's & medical facilities are also available, as DY Patil Hospital is inside the campus only.

College Infrastructure
The classrooms are mostly adequate, but most don't have air conditioning. The faculty are average. There is no Wi-Fi for students, and the labs are sufficient. The library is well stocked with books for both academic and general purposes.

Hi, the closing rank for ST category who don't belong to home university is 31,812 and for students who belong to ST and are from home university is 35,257. Please note that these are approximated ranks available on the internet by the college itself. So, it is safe to say that you might get into the college. Still, it is strongly recommended that you do apply for other colleges so as to get the best option for your fit. All the best!

The question seems to be little not understanding because you have nit mentioned the name of any particular college regarding which you have looking for but as you want know about Scholarship than you have to contact to the officials of that particular college so that you can get a proper information about how to avail the benefits and also the complete fees structure of that particular college.

Based on your rank and percentile you may not get admission in Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology. Your percentile is very low.
However you can search for another college.
I am mentioning some of the college where you may find good chance of getting admission in computer science:
1. R.H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research
2. Padmabhooshan Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Technology, Budhgaon
3. Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering & Research
