The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) has been a good platform for our college for interaction between students and various companies, business organizations, and banks since June 2011. TPC helps desired final-year students to get suitable jobs after completion of their program. However, the training and grooming commences in the every first year. Spotting talent, classification, and working on the strengths and weaknesses of students have been the hallmarks of our endeavors.

The department comprises four spacious, well-equipped laboratories, as well as a preparation room and a departmental staffroom. To ease the teaching-learning process, the department is ICT-enabled, and other modern teaching chemistry tools. The college has installed an effluent treatment facility to handle laboratory wastewater to protect the environment from pollution and encourage environmental sustainability in the college. The campus gardens use treated wastewater  

A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Therefore, RTCCS provides the facility of a playground just beside the college the playground is one of the biggest playgrounds in size with 4000 sq. Feet area

The Indian IT industry has grown rapidly in the last few decades and the growth rate has been exponential. The most appealing part of this field is that there is no dearth of job options ranging from the entry-level up to the expert level.  

The college campus has free Wi-Fi facilities.  

The students above 18 years are cultured to be registered voters by way of awareness during NSS Camp and pledge. An Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) plays a pivotal role in shaping responsible citizens within a democratic society for cultivating an electorate.

The college provides cafeteria facilities to the staff and students. A variety of hygienic and fresh food is served throughout the day.  

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The library of the College, the fountain of knowledge and inspiration, was established in 2010-11 with the inception of the college. It is located on the third floor and open access has been provided to the students. It has a carpet area of about 3396 sq. Ft. Library is automated with E-Granthalay software.
