Located in Rewari, the Rao Birender Singh College of Education was started in 1953 in Haryana, India. This co-educational institution spreads over a compact area of 1 acres in Rewari. The special programs in teacher education are offered at this institute accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. This affiliated college runs under the approval of NCTE, New Delhi; hence, it follows national educational standards.

Rao Birender Singh College has many facilities which enrich the learning experience for its students. The well-stacked library shall act as a knowledge hub for the educational institution. The Courses offered in education at Rao Birender Singh College of Education are at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, which are full-time. The intake capacities of B.Ed. and M.Ed. are 50 each, and thus for the two programmes combined, there are a total of 100 seats.

The admission into Rao Birender Singh College of Education is merit-based and thus entirely consistent with the commitment of the institution toward academic excellence. Admission to B.Ed shall be made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and /or the entrance examination, as per the policy formulated by the concerned State Government, UT Administration, and the affiliating University. The merit-based admission in the M.Ed. programme shall be worked out based on the marks in the qualifying examination, Entrance Test, or any other selection process as per the governmental and university guidelines.
