Hello,

With 383 marks you will surely get bams ,bhms,  veterinary science etc  in government college under 85% state quota .

For bams you need to register yourself for ayush neet counseling process.
And  secondly  if you are looking for government dental college  than im really sorry to say but at this marks  your chances are low for government bds seat.
But you can go for the private  sector where  your  chances are fair.
As this year cutoff goes higher than last year so  im suggesting you to give your level best to get admission in your interested college.
Because year by year competition is going on another level as the no. Of candidates are increasing.
As soon as the NEET ug counseling session begins  just register yourself for your  state quota seats.

Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 235 marks and you fall under Open category.

Based upon your score in NEET 2019, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges for both the courses.
You may have chances in Deemed Universities/Private Colleges for BDS Course.

Hello,

According to your neet score which is 189 marks you will not get admission in government bds college or bams colleges or bnys colleges at this score in neet because for bams estimated cutoff will be 480 for general and around 430 + for other categories and after comparing with your score, your score is slitely low.

And for a mbbs seat you might have scored 560+ marks in neet exam, which may fetch you a government seat easily.

But you can get admission in private dental colleges easily.

To check the cutoff please go through the link given below :

Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 196 marks. So, if we look the cutoff required for private colleges and government medical colleges which is near about 480+  for Government medical colleges and 400+ for Private Medical Colleges. And looking previous year's cutoff trends for BHMS and BAMS, you chances to get admission in bams or bhms with 196 marks is almost negligible. With these marks you cannot get a seat anywhere neither under home state quota nir under all india quota.
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Hey Bulakhe,
The minimum qualifying percentile of NEET for SC Category candidates is 40th percentile that means about 288 marks. And you have scored only 160 marks, which clearly shows that you are kot even qualified.
So there are no chances of you to get a government college for BAMS( Ayurveda) course even with the reservation quota.
I would suggest you either to drop for one more year to give a second try or do switch to other medical courses.
Still you can try our College Predictor which would suggest you by predicting the colleges you can get with your NEET marks, the link for it is given below :

Good Luck!

Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 301 marks  and yiu fall under sc category.

We can't accurately tell about the cutoff which would be eligible to get a seat!!! . It all depends on the students and the level of competition, and the seats available . However, a score of 550+ will be fair enough for govt college and about 469+ for a private college.
If we look over previous year's cutoff trend then you might have secured a seat with 450+ marks in government colleges under AIQ or home state quota and with 400+ in private medical college.
So, your chances to get a seat with 301 marks is almost negligible.
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Hi Student

You cannot get any government colleges at these marks in any state but you can try for private ayurvedic or homeopathic or physiotherapy colleges in your state.

By the way your state dont have ayurvedic colleges and only one homeopathic and one physiotherapy college.

  • Devs Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Ranga Reddy
  • Tirumala Medical Academy, Nizamabad

Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 113 marks and you fall under ST category. As we look over the cutoff you might have scored 480+ marks to get a seat in government medical colleges and 400+ to get a good private colleges. If we look over previous year's cutoff trends then i will say that your marks to get a seat for BHMS or BAMS are very less for 85% state quota and 15% All India Quota .You can work hard and try next time..

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Hello,

Tentative cutoff for these courses are as follows:

BAMS and BDS have somewhat similar cutoff as nowadays students take admission to these courses .

BDS - 450+ for Govt Colleges and 400+ for Private Colleges

BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi Government and 350+ for Private

BHMS - 300+ should suffice because there are only private colleges.

So, looking the cutoff for bams and bhms, you may not get any seat with 124 marks in neet. It would not help you in any way, neither with 85% state quota nor with 15% home state quota.

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

HELLO SOU SAURABH,

According to your question as you have asked that you score 240 rank in NEET exam and also belong to OBC category. So if we considered to last year cut off so yes you can definitely get admission in the BAMS College.

So Admission to BAMS is based on marks in NEET exam.

Cut-off is based on No. Of factors.

Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS

1) Government - Cut-off of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000

2) Semi - Government - Cut-off for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 40–50000. Its Cut-off is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.

3) Private - Now this is the most variable type of cut-off. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cut-off and high Fee College has low cut-off. Fees is in range of 1–3 lakh per year. Cut-off is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.

You can also get for lower marks with donation or some management quota or Vacancy quota.

Now as question is about government colleges it depends upon reservation and marks obtained in Net.

For good Government colleges the cut-off is as high as 480+ while Normal government colleges have cut-off in the range of 450+ for General candidates.

OBC - 420–440

SC- 350 -380

ST -300–350

Thanks
