Hello Arun !!
As per 2018 the cut off marks for Government Dental college was 429 for SC category which is expected to increase this year .
And for BAMS the expected cut off this year will be around 380 , which means that your relative has 50-50 chances of getting BAMS .
Your relative will easily get a seat in private college for BDS and BAMS .
All the best .
Hope this helps .
Hello aspirant,
You do have chances of getting a seat in government college for BAMS. So you can try for that. You have also some chances of getting a government veterinary college. You can also get a seat in private college for MBBS. So do try accordingly. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year. But you can use our website's college predictor tool to have a look which colleges you can get based on your rank and score.

Thank you.
Hello prajna,
They all are different courses. According to me BHMS is a good option than the other two. After completion of your course you may find job as:
1. Homeopathic practioner in delhi and abroad.
2. Medical representative
3. You can start up your own clinic
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
Hello Sagarika !!
The cut off changes every year depending on the number if students qualified , number of seats , etc .
Nothing can be said before the state releases the state cut off list. But according to experts the cut off for Government college for BAMS/BHMS in Odisha for OBC will be around 350+.
Therefore you are just in the border .You will get in private college for sure with that marks .
All the best .
Hope this helps .
Hey,
You didn't mention your category here. If you are from general category, you won't get a seat in any government BAMS college. If you are from reserved categories , chances are really low for getting a government college. You can try for private colleges surely. Hope this helps.
All the best
Hello Aspirant !!
It is not clear whether you have scored 49.7 percent in NEET or got 49.7 percentile .
If it is percentage which means 357.84 marks which is not possible .
So I assume that you have got 49.7 percentile . The cut off for UR in NEET 2019 is 50th percentile , which means you have not qualified the exam and thus will not be eligible for BAMS in Government college .
But you can try private colleges where NEET marks are not taken into consideration.
All the best .
Hope this helps .
Hello Sagarika !!
The NEET marks from 2018 onwards is meant for admission in MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses .
However the counselling is only for MBBS and BDS courses .
For AYUSH courses in Government colleges and Private colleges the NEET marks of the candidates will be the qualifying criteria for which the forms of the respective colleges are suposed to be filled .
The ministry of AYUSH declared that no separate examinations would be conducted for admission in AYUSH colleges . This is for all states including Odisha .
All the best .
Hope this helps .
Hello.
Well, with your marks it might be quite difficult to get into a government college but you could still apply for a private college.
Chances of getting admission in a private college is more as compared to government. So select a few colleges that you want to go and you could either check with their admission procedure and eligibility criteria or you could also test with our college predictor.
All the best.
